Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

All purchases from RCC Holiday Cottage are final sale. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified.

Because many of our items are specialty, seasonal, and carefully selected for our collections, we are unable to accept cancellation requests after an order has been submitted.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including item selection, quantity, color, size, and shipping information.

All sales are final. No cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted except in the event that an item arrives damaged or we have made an error with your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
